1. Booking & Appointments
1.1 Each vehicle scheduled constitutes a separate appointment, and all terms herein apply individually to each vehicle booked.
1.2 Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent via email, SMS, or phone call, at our discretion. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.
1.3 Customers may update appointment details by contacting Mason's Mobile Detailing through our designated communication channels.
1.4 If a customer arrives more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment or fails to appear, Mason's Mobile Detailing reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee.
1.5 Prior to completion of service, customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle and immediately report any concerns. A service is deemed complete when either all selected detailing services have been performed or the allocated service time for the chosen package has been reached.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
2.2 We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved gift cards.
2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and authorized.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
3.1 Rescheduling
3.1.1 Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 2 hours' notice.
3.1.2 Mason's Mobile Detailing will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customer preferences when rescheduling.
3.2 Cancellation
3.2.1 Cancellations may be made at any time; however, all canceled appointments are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per vehicle.
3.2.2 Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may also result in a $25 fee.
3.2.3 Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Mason's Mobile Detailing under extenuating circumstances.
4. Additional Fees
4.1 Priority Service — Additional fees may apply for same-day service, appointments outside normal business hours, or appointments on holidays or days the business is typically closed.
4.2 Travel Fees — Mobile detailing services may incur a travel fee. Travel fees vary by distance and will be communicated to the customer prior to the appointment.
4.3 Special Cleaning Fees — Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, significant accumulation of trash or debris, hazardous or biohazard materials, or conditions requiring substantially more labor than a standard detailing service.
5. Weather Policy
5.1 If weather conditions prevent safe or effective performance of services, Mason's Mobile Detailing will work with customers to determine a mutually convenient reschedule date and time.
5.2 If a service is interrupted by weather after it has begun, Mason's Mobile Detailing will coordinate with the customer to complete any unfinished portions of the service at a later time.
6. Vehicle Preparation & Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Prior to the scheduled appointment, customers should: remove personal belongings and valuables; remove child seats if the area beneath them is to be cleaned; remove aftermarket accessories to be detailed; notify Mason's Mobile Detailing of any vehicle issues that may affect the process; and provide information regarding hidden compartments or areas requiring extra care.
6.2 Customers understand that detailing services cannot address pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic issues unless otherwise specified.
7. Service Limitations & Expectations
7.1 Mason's Mobile Detailing aims to improve the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles but cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
7.2 Results are affected by vehicle condition, age, material type, extent of wear, maintenance history, and prior cleaning.
7.3 Certain conditions may be permanent or beyond the scope of standard detailing services.
8. Damage & Liability
8.1 Mason's Mobile Detailing will exercise reasonable care while performing detailing services. Any damage directly caused by our negligence will be addressed in good faith toward a fair resolution.
8.2 Customers are responsible for removing personal items prior to service. Mason's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing cosmetic, mechanical, or electrical issues. Customers must disclose any conditions that may affect service.
9. Job Site Requirements
9.1 Customers must provide adequate space around the vehicle, permission to perform services on the property if not owned by the customer, and a safe and secure environment for the service team.
9.2 Mason's Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the site is unsafe or if staff are subjected to threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
10. Photos & Recordings
10.1 Mason's Mobile Detailing may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality control and marketing purposes. Customer consent is implied unless explicitly revoked. Photographs will not be sold to third parties.
11. Health & Safety
11.1 Customers must inform Mason's Mobile Detailing of any hazards including hazardous or biohazard materials, pest infestations, or any condition posing a risk to health or safety. Services may be declined or discontinued if safety concerns are identified.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
12.2 Any dispute arising from services provided will be resolved under Oklahoma law.
12.3 Mason's Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
